No hidden fees
How we calculate your price
Our minimum charge is $125. Most jobs land between $125 and $695, and your exact price is confirmed on site before we load anything.
Volume of junk
Pricing is mainly based on how much space your items take up in our 20-yard truck. A standard washing machine is about 1 cubic yard.
Type & weight
Heavy materials like dirt, concrete, tile or construction debris can cost more because of weight and disposal fees.
Access & labor
Loading, carrying, sweep-up and disposal or donation runs are always included in your price.
Small adjustments may apply for
- Stairs or elevator access
- Long carries — more than about 100 ft from the item to the truck
- Items spread across several rooms or floors
For smaller loads we usually don’t add these adjustments. Tip: grouping items in the garage, side yard, driveway or at the curb helps you save on labor.
Larger jobs or full property cleanouts? We’ll come out for a free on-site estimate so your price is accurate. Military and seniors get 10% off — just ask when you book.

How fast can you come?
Same-day and next-day pickups are common across Phoenix, subject to availability. Call early in the day for the best chance at a same-day slot.
Do I need an estimate before you haul anything?
Not for a few items. We can usually price those from a photo or a quick call. For larger cleanouts we offer a free on-site estimate, and we can often do the work on the same visit.
Is the on-site estimate really free?
Yes. There’s no charge and no obligation to go ahead with the job.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
No, as long as our team can get to the items you want removed. We’ll coordinate the details with you when we confirm your time.
