By using our website, submitting a quote request, calling or texting us, or booking a service, you agree to the practices described here.

When you request a free estimate through our website form, call us, text us, or book a job, we may collect:

Service address — the property where the pickup will happen
Job details — what you need removed, access notes, scheduling preferences, and anything you write in the comments field
Photos you upload — images of the items or area you want cleared

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

Pages viewed, time on site, and the link or search that brought you here
Cookie and similar tracking identifiers

Payment information

Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our systems. We may retain a receipt record, the last four digits of a card, and the amount and date of the transaction.

2. Photos You Send Us

Photos are a core part of how we quote jobs, so it’s worth being specific.

Photos you upload or text to us are used to estimate the volume and type of material, plan crew and truck needs, and confirm the job scope. We may retain them as part of the job record.

Please avoid including people, documents, mail, screens, or anything else sensitive in the frame. If a photo you sent contains something you’d like removed, email us at admin@junk-removal-phoenix.com and we will delete it.

We do not use customer-submitted photos in advertising, on social media, or on our website unless you give us permission. Before-and-after photos taken by our crew on site are used the same way — internal records only, unless you agree otherwise.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Schedule your pickup and give you an arrival window
Contact you about your job — confirmations, crew arrival, delays, and follow-up
Process payment and issue receipts
Handle service issues, damage claims, and our satisfaction guarantee

4. Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your estimate, scheduling, crew arrival, and job follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by job.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (602) 412-8396.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our text messaging service — such as our messaging platform provider — is limited to what’s needed to deliver those messages. All other categories of use are excluded. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Opting out of marketing texts does not stop transactional messages about a job you’ve already booked.

5. How We Share Information

We share personal information only in these situations:

Service providers. Our website host, form and messaging platforms, scheduling and invoicing software, payment processor, and email provider — each only to the extent needed to do their job for us.
Crew and subcontractors. The crew assigned to your job receives your name, service address, phone number, and job details so they can complete the pickup.
Donation and recycling partners. We work with Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona, Salvation Army, St. Vincent de Paul, and local recycling facilities. We share the items themselves, not your contact information. Some facilities require the name of the hauler and the origin municipality for weight tickets and manifests.
Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of our crew, customers, or the public.
Business transfer. If our business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. These include:

We may ask satisfied customers to leave a review. That’s always optional, and declining has no effect on your service.

We keep customer records for as long as needed to provide service and meet our legal, tax, and insurance obligations, generally at least four years for transaction and job records. Quote requests that don’t convert into jobs are typically retained for up to two years. Uploaded photos are retained with the job record and can be deleted on request.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including an encrypted (HTTPS) website and access controls on our scheduling and invoicing systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You may:

Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
Correct information that’s inaccurate
Request deletion of your information, subject to records we’re required to keep
Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or texts by replying STOP

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including California, Colorado, Virginia, and others — may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Arizona does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy law, but we extend the choices above to all our customers regardless of where they live.

We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our services and website are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Our site links to other websites, including donation partners, review platforms, and the Greater Phoenix Chamber. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before sharing information.
