We price by how much space everything takes in our 20-yard truck, not by the hour. Light loads run $125–$180, Standard $195–$345 and Large $370–$695, and anything over 14 cubic yards gets a free on-site estimate. Labor, loading, sweep-up and disposal are included.

Getting your kitchen ready for pickup
Have a licensed pro disconnect gas and hardwired equipment. Drain fryers and remove grease and oil. Empty fridges and freezers if you can; spoiled food is OK, but a heavy rotten-meat smell may add a fee.

Heavy materials (concrete, dirt, tile) and harder access (stairs, carries over 100 ft, items spread across floors) can adjust it a little — small loads usually don’t. Group items in the garage or driveway to save on labor. 10% off for military and seniors.

Do you disconnect gas or hardwired kitchen equipment?
No. Gas, plumbed and hardwired equipment must be disconnected by a licensed pro before we arrive. Then we handle the lifting and hauling.
Can you take grease or cooking oil?
No. We can’t take liquids, so drain fryers and remove grease and cooking oil before pickup.
Can you work around our hours?
